How to return
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For returns or cancellations, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and other fees that may arise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return
1. Contact us at email@example.com and wait for an approval. Enter the following in the email:
- Your name
- Your address
- Order number and invoice number
- Which products you wish to send back.
2. Once we have approved your return request, you will receive information on where and how you can return your package to us.
Note that the customer (you) is responsible for the return cost and that the products arrive without damage!
3. Once we have received your package and approved it, you will receive an email from us.
Note! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
